Called them few minutes ago, they couldn't even give reasonable response...said I will receive a decision 8weeks after application ...it was just pointless calling.
They will end up repeating what was sent in the general mail last week. With the way it's going with them, one can't meet up with Sept entry.

Hello everyone please I am a bit confused and is almost giving me sleepless night. I recently got a conditional offer which is now an unconditional but my confusion is I am currently living and working in Dubai and I intend to apply for my visa from here but my PoF will be from my Nigeria account STERLING BANK please do anyone know if one can show a PoF fund from an account in a different country I have tired reaching the UK embassy here all to no avail.

2. My intended school is Aston University if I make the deposit which I plan on doing in a few days time when will I most likely get my CAS and please I don't mind connecting with anyone going to Aston or already in Aston University..
Please gurus in the house help me here.. thanks

Yes! It was there and still there in my account until I land my sef in UK.

4th of June (UBA debit me 8th of June), I'm not sure if PoF is required. All what they itemized on the website are 1. Acceptance of Unconditional offer, 2. Payment of Tuition Deposit and 3. Completion of CAS Data Check. Basically, the question should be "what are the content of the CAS Data Check?"

What advisable rate one can use.... i asked people they said 650 but have been checking oando for days now it's never on 600. I'm supposed to have £20207 at 650 is 13,134,550 and at 600 12,124,200 which with oando is 11,479,300. So I am like will put 13m in the account which with all this I am not sure if it will ever get to 600 what more of 650.
Please gurus advise if anyone has experience Please share with me

Please has anyone experience delay in visa approval for dependent and how long did it take? I read most times dependent visa and primary applicant visa come at the same time.

You paid priority for yourself n your dependants did standard.

I would suggest you should not apply from there since your bank account is not regulated by Dubai Government.

This is clearly stated in the section of evidence that are not accepted.

See below as copied from UK website:

overdrafts

stocks and shares
pensions
*bank accounts that are not regulated by the financial regulatory body in the country you’re applying from*

It’s peak period so it’s expected. For standard, it’s 15 working days which hasn’t elapsed. Just be patient.

Does UKVI check whether POF is debit freeze.... While all you're able to make is credit transaction alone on the account and you can not make withdrawal....... Will this have implication on visa approval....
