But the confession done by an arrested bandit is tenable.
Chidinma Ojukwu's confession was made under duress and is not tenable. Infact, she's not guilty.

Uduak Akpan's confession was made under duress as well.

Na all these police wey dey collect coins suppose start revolution for this country but unfortunately reverse is the case...70 percent of them cant afford basic livelihood for their families but its still these 70% that kiil people with stray bullets.i dunno if it is out if frustration or foolishness, but when their commanders come they come in clean hands as if they didnt give the order.
I still maintain that southern officers should be posted to the south and northern ones posted to the north and that will be the begining of sanity in this country,likewise all other security agencies too.

I agree he was under duress but he knew what he was saying. He only fell the Nigerian police trap that he will be released if he confesses. And certainly, he will get a light sentence to have cooperated, if he gets a good lawyer. Something less than 20years

Less than 20 yrs? How?

So because he confessed, he will get light punishment if he has a good lawyer, pls under which law?

A person that has killed about 30 souls will get less than 20 yrs sentence?

His people will come out and deny or claim it was doctored. This is the guy that used 10 igbo girls' heads to make charms that didn't protect them on their first operation after the charm was prepared.
