For those people who think I don't rest because I work everyday, this is proof that I rest while working everyday. Nothing is impossible. No burn outs, nothing. Eat good and nutritiously. Just make sure you avoid gala and lacasera. Ehail driving is not rocket science.

I'll go online by 12 after sleeping and resting for over 12 hours.

You're really doing well bro.

Don't be offended, what's your hours online for this income yesterday?

10 trips 14 hrs.

Started by 5:30am

Spent 2 hours on one island to ikeja trip.

Spent another 2 hrs 46 mins on another island to mainland trip

Those two trips took almost 5 hrs.

Today I'm yet to start driving. Therefore, in the first 36 hrs of this new week, I've worked for 14 hrs and rested for 22hrs and counting. I've rested more than I've worked. Talk to me about burnout again.

Everything na strategy.

Meanwhile I have an important notice or privileged information from the round table/webinar we just had with bolt officials.
... I got a mail from bolt inviting me for round table meeting since I ve stepped up from lazy drivers geng to Ants.

The info is that “ bolt said they are aware drivers swipe arrive before you get to destination so that your paid waiting will increase and that they will start penalizing drivers from today.
It’s Q&A time you can join if you free

Shah don't think we hate you or envious of your earnings bro.
Just try to see reasons with us why we actually want you to stop displaying the earnings here. It wasn't out of any ill intensions.

Thumbs up.

1. In clear unadulterated pontifications, define "we". Who they are. What they stand for.

2. State clearly what advantages "we" holds, over the rest of "us" that makes it imperative for their collective opinions to hold sway over the rest of "us" on a public forum.

3. What are the "reasons" that have been deemed a constant, and therefore, impervious to change?

The world and this thread will be a better place if we treat each other with respect, recognize our different views, apologise when we realise we are wrong or have hurt another, educate and make our points with facts, proves and figures and above all disagree on issues without insults or taking it personal.

Guys, as a partner-driver, just like u enjoy all your earnings without remitting to anybody, u are also soley responsible for all repairs and maintainance cost of your car.
But my question this morning is which is more painful, between the cost of repairs and the loss of income due to repairs downtime?

I think cost of repairs will always be more painful unless you are working to meet up a target

I consider repairs alarming and inevitable cost

So the downtime loss Baba anyday, anytime and twice on Sundays.
Imagine your car ball joint (5k-7k should fix this) comot on a Sunday morning. Then It took out the whole day because you couldn’t get a mechanic to work on it on time.

We all know you’d make more than 7k working full day on a Sunday

For me, it's definitely the cost of repairs oo, you might have been saving the little you can, and then the car develops a fault, then.you have to dig into your savings to repair the fault, once I dig in for repairs, I just lost motivation for a day or 2, then work my ass back up.

Lolz...not easy at all.

Dem too mumu. So swiping arrive before getting to destination will now give waiting time of 2k, 4k and so on. They simply couldn't decipher how drivers were doing it

My current situation. Got T-boned on my way home last week.. car has been in the body shop since Saturday and should probably come out today.. even though all expenses would be paid for. Still can rule out the hole effect in my pocket due to loss of income .. back to your question, I feel it's a loss loss sutuation. None is better over the other

Sorry for the accident. It can be annoying and frustrating spending money and having no inflow at thesame time

U sound like u wasted precious time on those two trips... If u make 3k per hour u are very very okay. Infact, I think those two long trips, on surge contributed to your high earning for the day.

If the cost is much, Yes. But many times u r stock with a technician for a whole day, sometimes 2days for a repair that costs less than 15k

Permit me to partake in this mid-semester test lol.

1. We stands for those who are against posting of earnings on dashboard.

2. No advantage, everybody has equal rights.

3. Just one reason.. to avoid encouraging government agencies to tax us out of job. No matter how high the tax is, high earners will comfortably pay it but it will be appropriate (my opinion) if the high earners put the fringe drivers into consideration. There are some who make just 25k weekly but if we give government impression that everybody makes close to 200k weekly they might start duplicating their taxes till the 25k guys won't have any reasonable amount to take home after tax.

Conclusion, just a suggestion.. To motivate others, you can invite them to a platform where you're sure it's only the right people you're motivating, or simply tell the house how much you made without posting dashboard, I personally will believe without seeing your dashboard. That way some lazy drivers will be motivated and there will be no concrete data to get government motivated.

Whichever way, personally I don't care much about posting or not posting, but if I am to choose, I will choose not posting based on the above reason

I almost mentioned that too, if cost of repair is very little and time taken is very long. You can't just help but compare how much you're losing not working to how little you want to spend (on repairs)

I just got the most polite and respectful call from a Rider since I started this hussle, now I am scared, cos from experience there is almost always a catch or price to be paid when a rider is extremely/extraordinarily nice.
I came for TB Joshua's burial program and I am ready to go back home, I set destination and in less than 3mins a trip enters PU: Liasu road, Destination: Ogba
Was about calling when her call entered and she sounds all respectful and polite then excited when I told her I was coming. Ikotun to Ogba shouldn't be a route she will find difficult getting a car so I am wondering...
Like Bazz001 and Felicity will say, to be continued. I will keep u guys posted when the trip is over. The road to her place is not so bad, so am only 80% scared now grin
