1) will i be able to schedule another appointment if my emergency request is accepted without paying MRV fee cause i have cancelled my appointment once
2) while request for the i sent the sevis payment coupon instead of the receipt, please will have effect on me if it will is there anyway i can send them the correct document

—- Book a date, currently there are no dates but when dates become available book it like that

—- then the emergency request option becomes available, click it and input your tentative date of arrival , brief reason why you want emergency date , upload your I-20 and sevis fee payment that’s all
And wait for response….
Either they approve your request or deny it


And if a closer date comes up you have the reschedule option….

You can ask someone in the US to pay for you & give the person the naira equivalent if the person needs naira.

On 25th June(Friday ) ; they messaged that my passport was ready for up but I left it till Monday before I picked it up.

I didn’t do as if it was a do or die affair, i was very calm because i had the mindset of it’s not the end of the world and I also have other opportunities here , so if it works fine and if it doesn’t fine , life continues.

I have never posted here but I’ve been following this thread since January and I learned a lot from transcripts.

I got to the embassy  very early. I was checked at different entrance and all the securities demeanor speaks good for me and was lovely. I had to sit and watch while the ones that got earlier time went in and when it got to my time and turn, the passport photo I took along was rejected and i had to rush out to snap another one for 1500 which was okay for me as the ultimate goal here is not going back with my passport.After fulfilling all the basic checking in and requirements, we started moving on the seat bit by bit till i was ushered in with some set of people. Immediately I got in there were three VOs at the counter attending to Applicants, there this particular VO i saw and my spirit said this is your VO. She was attending to a lady going to Cambridge and i said to myself at a point in the lady's interview this girl will get the white paper, God let me also get the white paper...Then it dawned on me when her visa delayed based on 214b. All I noticed was the VO's range of questions were easy to manipulate. And behold, she waved me to come i was overwhelmed with confidence because I knew my case will be different.

V.O: Good Morning

Me: Good morning Ma'am

VO: pass me your passport, DS160 and I-20

Me: Passed ( Did the thumb checking phase)

VO: She quickly scanned through my i20 and was like you are going to NCAT for your Masters in Physics?
Me: Yes ma'am

ESTA denied option for the F-1 visa may not be the right choice.
There are more options there that suites your visa status.
