Engine seater don break,so when compressor picks it tilts the engine a bit and when u apply brake the engine tilts a bit. Engine seater bad.u will hear a knocking sound when slowing down,turning at a curve,esp with ac on. Happened to me b4 I knew it,diff mechanics have drained me. Scanner was used but problem still persistent. If its manual compressor pressor den forget.

Am nt a mechanic bt 4rm my experience as an auto_mobile electrician, I cn point out 2 tins dat cud b wrong wit ur car. 1) ur car may be having a mis_firing issue. Have ur mechanic check ur coils, coil plugs nd nozzles. He cn use a gud scanner 2 save stress nd time. 2) check ur RPM. If u hv a low RPM thatz below 10000 Or 15000 dependin on hw strong ur engine is, it cud also cause such problem. U shd nt over_look ur engine sittings too. Bt I doubt dey cud b d cause.

@op since the vibration only occurs when AC is ON, I guess you have a manual compressor that's drags down your engine, I used to experience this when I had peoguot compressor but since I changed to "Big for nothing", it has been working fine for close to two years now with minimal vibration and rpm is between 650 - 750 at idle with AC on.

Don't allow any kazeem adjust your RPM

I have a Toyota Camry (Muscle) and it vibrates when the is AC on. It gets worse when I use the break.

I have given the car to a mechanic, he did somethings I don't know, collected money but the issue was never fixed.

Please what could be the cause of this?

While u maybe correct with ur own xperience, read again my explanation. I stated clearly dat d RPM Could be regulated dpendin on d engine's conditions. I hv seen vehicles raised to 2*1000rpm at idle, so dt whn u put on ur AC it wud settle at 1*1000rpm or less. We r tryin 2 solve a problem nd nt arguing. Thanks!

The first sign is a low tire pressure warning sign and the 2nd sign is a check engine warning sign that needs to be checked as soon as possible with a very good diagnostic scanner to pull out the codes. Don't allow your mechanic do a guess work without first scanning that vehicle to know what exactly is wrong with the vehicle and where the problem is coming from.

Don't go to mechanic yet, if you have changed battery recently or disconnected your battery, you need to reset the idle, it's a common thing with Camry muscle from 2007, the car will be vibrating. This is how o corrected mine.

Put your car in Park.
Engage the parking brake
Turn the ignition on
Turn it off
Then start
Step on the brake
Put the gear on D
Remove your leg from the brake
Don't disengage the parking brake
Let the car run for 5min.

It should reset your idle, hopefully the car will stop vibrating. It worked for me.

Don't let mechanic adjust the RPM manually o.

Don't even know what to do with these codes.

The alarm disappeared after the scan though and he said I should go and if it reappears, I bring back the car.
