If you obey the words and voice of God, be sincere to Him, tell Him the truth about yourself, give your life to Jesus Christ and strive everyday of your life to keep away from sin, He will have mercy on you and save you from hell. Heaven is real, hell is real. Don't allow anyone to deceive you. Read John chapters 14 to 17, you'll understand what Christ did for those that believe in Him.
