The Court never upheld his faction.

The Court said it cannot grant an interlocutory injunction....exactly what the Anambra State High Court did.

It never did and never will. The NWC will decide its candidate from its Primary. The SC has settled it plenty times.....

Ugochukwu Uba didn't participate in the PDP Primary, hence cannot restrain the PDPNWC, in which he never partook in their event.
