Well abang i don't even know how to answer the low cost part cuz Malaysia is not that expensive until u try other countries. Nigeria sef is expensive

As a family man u can try USA, Canada or Australia.

Be not deceived there is no job here and don't hope on that unless ur going to work in an oil palm plantation and that is illegal, which if your caught straight to Nigeria and ur student pass cancelled. Please and Please go for a university and don't allow them to enroll you into college. There are better universities here with school fees ranging from 4000USD$ per session. People seem to think development makes it like Europe. Even a sh***y Euro country has infinitely more opportunities.

Studying there is pointless unless maybe it's free and you're getting full financial support from parents. There was some trade agreement that included scholarships for Nigerian students, so that's definitely a possibility and worth investigating.

If you're actually paying, you're entering a market that has nothing to offer unless you plan to get into import/export. You can't even use it for networking or a stepping stone.

Don't say no one warned you.
