Not possible. Messi is the club's most important player. Ter stagen, Frankie Dejong, ANSU Fati and Pedri are the only players not for sale. Everyone else is in the market. It's so bad that there are plans to terminate some player's contracts and allow them go for free.

The sad part is that in his case he doesn't need clearance from FIFA, all he needs is just a Nigerian passport. His games for France were unofficial matches and doesn't count when a player wants to switch nationality.
