Bro, it's best you buy from a genuine and registered real estate company

I can link you to their physical and verifiable office in Lagos.
They will take you for inspection, show you the necessary documents like deed of assignments, surver and Ogun state land chart.
Ensure you go with your lawyer when checking documents, this is to proof of the company genuity.
I recently made part payment and will complete the remaining later.
When I went for inspection, I saw Nigerians living abroad that came to buy there too.
