Lol, I do not have the facilities for gbas gbos o, I say mine and leave it to anyone to make their own conclusions.

But seriously, I've always maintained and still maintain, any driver that can't deliver 30k talk more or 25k weekly without stories is a cheat and the car should be retrieved from him. Cos I see no reason why a driver, Hale and hearty with a fully functional car should be telling stories.

Very on point bro ....my new driver was able to deliver 25k even though the car was down for 3 days for repairs.....drivers are making money .......the market is now regulated to be profitable for drivers.. Especially with so many E hailing app in the market...

Like you said with a good car no drivers should be telling stories

Please experienced guys in the house,

I booked a ride with bolt of N2,400. When I got to my destination, I was unable to pay via the app so I had to make transfer to the driver's personal account but mistakenly paid N4,200.

He didn't prompt me that I overpaid but simply acknowledged payment received.

Please, how can I recover my money from him or bolt.

His details are not showing on the app, just his name and profile picture.

Honestly you always crack me up with your responses and memes . You must be comical in real life . But I have a question for this Una Hustle .
With the rate of insecurity in the country ,how do you guys feel comfortable moving strangers around . Me I would be sacred if I show at PU and 3 hefty guys are my riders , I won't go on that trip unless they would allow me search them before they enter my car . How do you guys build that confidence ?

The risk comes with the job, that's why we use our discretion especially at night. But then again, how do those interstate drivers feel comfortable when moving 15 or more complete strangers to their destination? You get the point now?

Good day guys,
I've been an observer for quite sometime now and I've been encouraged to give this ehailing service a go.
Kindly overlook my typos.

Firstly I'll need the experts/veterans to put me through on getting a good car for the job, the budget is 1 million.

Secondly I intend to run it myself and I've been *motivated* by the dashboard posting, lol.
I stay around ikorodu/sagamu. How viable will it be if I decide to base on the island?
Do I find an apartment in or around the island or can I beat the traffic from ikorodu down to the island?

Thirdly is it really possible to be netting at least 70k a week cause quite frankly that's my target.

Every other advices and suggestions are very much welcome.
On a budget of one million, look for cars within the range of 750 - 850k so you have funds left for minor repairs.

Basing on the island is good if you can get a place before Ajah, or within the ilaje axis of Ajah. After Ajah, and the badore axis of Ajah is no recommend. There has been an influx of migration to those parts of Lagos in recent times. This is only good for surge, but the traffic is bound to frustrate you.

If netting 70k weekly is your target, you're already bound to over achieve it with good work ethics.

They retract full details of either of rider and driver after 48hrs ....he himself cant see your number from his App as well....

But why did you wait that long since you must have detected the error immediately?

This is a place to ease tension, I can’t allow the hustle give me HP.
It’s just God Baba, I can’t say I’m extra careful cos there are so many drivers that have been more careful than me and yet it’s girls that will stab or rob them.
I’ve heard different experiences of robbery from drivers and riders they do the same thing we do but yet still got robbed.
One of the reason I keep shouting for people not to resign cos of dashboards, the risk in driving in Lagos is high.

Just yesterday I picked a frustrated depressed lady but dressed well and makeup.
We had Little argument trying to locate her PU and I need the trip to get out of agege (destination lekki 2)
So I tried to make her comfortable cos it was 1 hr 37 mins drive. Na so babe just maintain straight face
Me: guess you don’t want to talk.
R: straight face
Me: ok I better keep my mouth shut.
R: started laughing
Me: (I just kept mute , no smile and I was looking at her hand, who knows if she’s one of the slapping driver geng.
Even when she was trying to make conversation, I still kept my distance.

Now I have added slaps to my guards

I was going through my ride history for the month of June to know how much I spent and I noticed no ride is above N3000 but in my bank app I saw N4200.

I initiated a chat with bolt support, but got a prompt that a charge will reflect on my account just for support, nawa oo

Oops I understand ....bolt will at-least compensate you for half the fee (that's how they do for drivers when we report cases similar to yours). I would advice if you are a high end user, why not add your card just to prevent such cases in the future.

My card details are in their database, I wonder what really happened that day though the driver said I am his first rider, he even called someone to assist him with bolt app.

Again, I am seriously considering getting a car for this ehailing business and my budget is N1m, will that amount secure a good Camry 04-05 preferably in good condition?

It will be used in Port Harcourt
