Discriminatory, Okowa faults FG's decision! Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has frowned at the move by the federal government to allow some states in the country to control their solid minerals - The Delta state governor particularly kicked against the government's decision to allow Zamfara mine and manage its gold - Okowa stated that the policy that stops Niger Delta states from managing their oil and gas resources was discriminatory Okowa made his grievances known during a quarterly media interaction with journalists in Asaba. The governor of Delta state who criticised the government's decision to stop Niger Delta states from managing their oil and gas resources described the policy as “discriminatory.” Speaking further, Okowa said there was a need to restructure the country to pave the way for the devolution of more powers to states and local governments. The governor who serves as the chairman of south-south governors’ forum stated that all the states in the region were united in the quest for the restructuring of the country. He explained that the country is not making progress as a result of the issues of restructuring and resource control not being addressed. 2 Likes

This people Don already restructure this country sef.. Meanwhile some idiots are saying Igbos want our oil.. They are perfecting their plans.. Reason why they put Nnamdi Kanu in Custody so that he will stop speaking.. And settled some Igbo elders by returning oil wells to the east.. Any ways they realised that the south east have much natural gas reserves and they wanted to be part of it hence returning oil wells back to south east.. The southwest understands the game.. The south east long time ago.. The Iboms are ready.. The rest are sleeping.. Through violence they have chased many southerners away.. Through same violence they come down south and chase southerners away and steal their resources. God Help Us 1 Like |

Southerners, particularly their rulers and politicians are the most foolish, stupid and senseless people I have seen. These bastards have a slave mentality to the extent they can't even think rationally anymore and defend their rights. Imagine how North is using them to play kalo kalo yet they only complain tongue in cheek instead of manning up and totally resist all these nonsense. Foolish people!! 6 Likes 1 Share |

velocity25: When gold wasn't discovered in zamfara they were shouting One Nigeria and the oil belong to the government, suddenly the same government gives zamfara autonomy over its gold while the ND States don't have the same privilege..... One Nigeria is only applicable when it favours the North and the useless politicians from the South are busy playing dumb and aligning themselves to these slave masters..... 2 Likes |
