Bro I can categorically tell u that it can't, Norway was 5m but with the dollar rate, u need 10 million not for spending but to have in your account. Mind u I am talking about study route o. Before going to any country, look at your field of study if it's recognised there. U can't just enter any type of country. Do u think getting papers is a short term thing lol? Some of these jobs you get between 7-8 million every year... Now let's do the math;
Let's say you rent a place for 1 million and you save 100k every month for your rent which is 1.2 million and you use 150k (at least for somebody that spends 150k every month is a bit comfortable) for feeding, transportation and other stuffs which is 1.8 mil... Add them up you'll use 3 million every year... Subtract that from your annual salary and you will be left with 4 million+ that you can use to buy a decent car, Buy a land and start building your own house... Remember even if you spend that 4mil+ another one is coming the following year and the year after...
Now tell me what kindda 5-10 million naira business can get you that?... As for the uber you mentioned He made a rough calculation that he can earn 500k every month which will take him roughly 2.5 years to get his 10million back... Remember the cars are at the risk of getting spoilt, thieves, accident and others....

Resumption of EH is sacrosanct bcz there re vacancies for it @dia 106 depot offices, zonal & states offices. Many staff retired too. PIB has no effect on it, rather injected much responsibilities e.g, PEF partners the Nigerian Oil and Gas Park being developed by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) at Emeyal 1, Bayelsa State, the N10.5 billion Brass Petroleum Products Terminal project which will also generate 6,000 jobs and host of other responsibilities from the Midstream and Downstream industry. Talking about PIB & it's effect on PEF, Management was aware of the existence of PIB before they unanimously aggreed on hiring EH & GT cadre so no issue, And EH hiring is a continuation of the previous GTs intakes. Staffs are currently in training. Be rest assured, the lucky ones will be called. There were 49 people who rejected the last time offer bcz of placement issues and the management wasn't pleased with it bcz extra funds expencess, be rest assured, EH will be called soon.
