Testing the kitchen sink for sizing........

My plastering team has checked out of this building after completing all of the walls plastering plus the inside of the fence, the next team on cue are the POP ceiling workers, and they are on their way to site now.........

Meanwhile we are already bringing in some materials before they step in.....

Just an observation don’t you think this sink will interfere with the window after the water tap is installed. Electrical conduit pipes are made with plastic materials, and because of this, there is always a risk of the electrical pipes being crushed under the weight of the steel decking mat, which are way heavier than the electrical pipes. If this happens, a collapsed pipe will be closed and cannot work as a conduit where electrical wires can pass from point A to point B.

The major advantages of running a decking mat before passing the pipes underneath is because it saves the pipes, it's easier to pass pipes under the decking mat, because the mat could be propped up using concrete biscuits or stones.

The disadvantages is the additional cost of making the concrete biscuits, or the delays in choosing stones and then lifting the mat to insert the stones/biscuits.

I went and inspected the windows we are making for this building.........

We now have a new gate for this building..........

Starting to hang our ceiling POP here........

We have been hanging more ceilings on more rooms since this week, these are the kitchen ceilings..........

The doors and rails should be arriving by Monday or Tuesday latest

40,000 and 33,000 respectively. What's the number you're looking at

My target for this week is to bring in all doors and windows for this house, install them and dress them in beautifully. I also want to ensure that all keys and handles are well hung and locking properly.

By next week, we will be starting with tiles.

Internal doors arriving the site this morning, one of my workers testing a bedroom door......

We have got many of the entrance doors to each flat completed and brought to the site. Michlins have delivered the doors as usual............

The windows for this house has been completed and brought to site, we are going to start hanging the windows as from tomorrow.........
