Guy keep your money first, then learn about what ever business that interest you. Learning is the first thing.

If you have already learnt you will not be holding the money and be looking for business to invest in.

So go and educate yourself first.

Know what interest you, know problems you will like to help people solve.

You will make more money in a business that solves a need of a group of people.

That said, if I'm to recommend any business to you right now,

It will be just 2 things

Ecommerce and crypto currency investment.

Sometimes I don't understand why some people use the word very urgent when looking for business ideas when starting up a new business Take your time calculate the Risk, stress, loose and the profits to avoid loosing your money. Even though someone give you business idea study it very well before venturing into it if you are scared so that you won't spend the money how sure you won't spend the profit and capital when you finally start.

Very funny request to say the least....most times I start to reason that this request(s) that flood NL pages for business ideas are posted by kids.
SMH.
@OP if you have the said amount then go and consult a financial expert in your state or visit the Ministry of commerce & industry in your state for guide....nonsense urgent business request.
Asour:

Is there any such thing as a Financial expert?
When dealing with humans I am weary about granting expertise easily. Especially concerning finances. Professionals maybe but not "expert".

True experts (if they exist) would not be cheap for a
regular investor to access.
Getting an expert to offer professional consultant services sometimes come even for free depends on what you are requesting for.
I have a Doctor that usually do free medical checkups for me....and also advises me for free though he is one of the best Anesthesia Doctor we have presently based here in Nigeria.
So it's your approach that will eventually determine what you'll get from an expert.

700k is no money but it's still money.

First off, don't ever rent a shop for whatever you decide to do because you can't sustain it with that amount.

If you can't sell, I can't advise you.

You can start making and selling good quality bedcovers. Nothing too fancy, but good quality. Go from place to place networking to let people know you.

Most people have very old bedcovers but no time to go to the market for replacement until they chance upon it.

Edit: reading through the comments , it’s pretty obvious that most people don’t know what to do with money .. lol

My context is that you are acting as if you are not in this country with the attendant hardship everywhere. Everyone is affected.

You advised him to go into real estate without enumerating the pros and cons of it.
You make it sound like brown sugar.

I'll still give you the same advise I gave this dude asking the biz he can run with 100k... For your info, both 100k and 700k is quite close to nothing here in this present Nigeria.. Hard Truth...

My simple advise... Purchase a genuine cheap land and be sure it's a genuine one....forget the land for a long time while working on other things that can give you money...

My advise though...

OP Register with winners golden chance, open a lotto shop get some pos terminals and give them to people to play at a good location while you relax and enjoy the benefits of people hustling for you. That can also give you time to venture into other hobbies you can use to make cash.
