The 6th poster on this thread already gave you the best advice. Don't invest in anything that'll make you earn profits in naira. Inflation and uncertainties in the business environment will erode your gains

So, all Nigerians should be investing in something that will make us earn profits in dollars and pounds sterling? How about we change our currency in Nigeria to dollar first?
Re: What Business Can One Start Up With N700,000 In Nigeria by smeag0l(m): 8:44pm On Jul 11, 2021
All Nigerians should do that until our leaders have sense. You're not the one to make that call. Still same selfish leaders.

Ahhh thank God!! Say na joke! My mind don calm down! What bike men remit is 10k per week some remit 15k per week! Then after 2 months they begin tell stories. Some go even thief the Bike!! See anything transport if you no dey drive am by yourself ABORT! ABORT! I repeat for the last time ABORT!!! cos the Wahala wey dey there is not worth it! I just don't want to go into full details.

I almost quit too. But then, I changed from bikes (installments) to mini buses (daily deliver). I put them in my brother's care. Ten months into the arrangement, my brother stopped being alive. I had no option than to take charge and face my worst nightmare, drivers!
Thank God, thank dedication and monitoring, the investment is growing and the number is increasing.

Stop being ignorant
If you want to make enquires, ask and you shall be answered.

Invest right

Ashirioluwa:

Beware of this type of investment. They posted these returns only to lure people in then they will start giving stories upon stories after you invested your cash.

This is nothing but a SHADY investment

So any time I see comments about Transport business on hire purchase I just Smile and tell myself " Shebi na here we dey!!! Them go still carry the matter come Nairaland make we settle"

Walahi, you're funny! In Osun state in recent times, na butchering those cultists dey butchering bikes riders before collecting the bikes from them. Only people with strong hearts are still doing the business. The stress and risks are just too much. Within 24 hours to two weeks, your bike don go and the rider don dey mortuary or hospital with his family looking for surgery money.

Hire purchase For what period of month?
Mrklemo:

This is the real business. Brand new keke with registration cost about 900k, give it out on hire purchase @ 1.4m. This is obtainable in Akwa ibom state. The keke guy might choose to pay you 15k or 20k weekly till he pays the agreed money and take the keke.
May God bless us all and grant our heart desires. AMEN

I don't know what you guys actually do on nairaland with your time.

700K is more than enough.

Nairaland offers varieties of knowledge on how to earn from the comfort of your home.

For financial freedom;

(1) You can start investing in stock exchange. ( check Treasury bill thread ) and DYOR.

(2) Dropshipping. ( You can contact wese for more information. check Technology market thread ) and DYOR.

(3) Cryptocurrency. ( This is even the easiest if you know your onions. check E-currency thread ) and DYOR.

(4) Domaining. ( I love these guys. check Business thread ) and DYOR.

NB: Always DYOR thoroughly before venturing into any business.

I'm glad I found Nairaland.

I have followed this online farmers and agro produce sales representative, and how they tend to steal money from people. With little or no knowledge on how agro business works. For the sake of some frustrated youths out there. I want to educate you a little the business opportunities in agro procurement. With #250,000 one can make it big in agro business.
How
Let me use fresh groundnut business, as a case study, though is among the least business in agro produce industry.
A bag of fresh groundnut at ihugh market vandeikya on 9/06/2021 is
A bag of ground nut =14,500
Money for empty sack = 250
Bag cover= 50
Shaking + sewing = 250
Loading to Kano = 200
Transportation to Kano = 2,500
Dilari Commission in kano = 400
Grand total. = 18,150
A bag of ground nut today at daruwa market is #21,000
There are far more profit ones, all you need is the right person to direct you. Forget online farmers bring out your time go into market and pray that God direct you to meet the right people to put you through.
Also I have been sending ground nut, soyabeans and rice to Kano for past four years, I have never meet the Dilari that sells all this goods for me one on one. But he have never withheld my money nor cheat me.
So I will advice youths to stop listening to online farmers, go into the market and find out yourself

That's aboki for you forget tribalism can you trust a southerner or igbo man like that?

Good people are everywhere, beside few of the Dilari are dubious too. And by they have a very strong union over there.
