Try your luck man. Anything is possible. You aren't commiting a heinous crime by asking him but be wise though in your approach. Your knowledge of him/her on a personal level may help too. Make e no be say na one obi akpor man wey no get joy

1. Identify with her Senator and House of Rep representing her.
2. Pay a courtesy call to the person representing her at civil service commission
3. Identify with her commissioner representing her at Federal Character Commission (FCC), don't call them on phone even if you get hold of their numbers please. Good luck..
