In a country full of fraud and corruption, any semblance of this kind of thing is celebrated. This shouldn't be celebrated as the recipient is expected to lodge a complain with his banker. But Nigeria is one kind. When this kind of thing happens, the person is celebrated. Imagine if this transfer was made to one agbero's account or someone in need of money by all means. Forget all these conception that it would be traced. Most Nigerian banks and law enforcement agencies are too laid back when it comes to detail investigation. If the recipient of this money relocates to another state or to a remote village, it would be difficult for him to be traced. After like one year or so, the story dies down 6 Likes |
