In this case,the money was transferred through someone, what if your credit balance just increased, without any form of credit into your account

Go to your bank and ask them to reverse the transfer. Don't collect account details from anyone when this kind of thing happens to you, even if the name on the account they gave you is the same as the name on the credit alert. There are many duplicate accounts out there, the same name but different persons
