Just go and see a dermatologist. Don’t try anything new. By now (with all the trial and error) you would have abused some drugs (funbactA) and they won’t be working for you any longer. See a doctor to know what the condition really is.

You can use sulphur (one yellowish) substance) grind it and add to coconut oil (adin agbon) or shear butter (Ori) those natural condiments can work wonders. Tetmosol soap then used to be good but I don't know about now. It's been long that I used it. Good luck trying.

If it is what I think it is, then Tetmosol, Dettol, and other harsh antiseptic soaps might only make things worse... They will end up drying out the skin and making the matter worse. Simple non-antiseptic, and non scented soaps will be far more preferable like Aveeno, Cetaphil or Sebamed (Problem is that they are quite pricy).

Op didn't tell us everything... I am quite interested in his skin care routine or regimen. I am almost certain he is using questionable cosmetics probably those that lighten or "Tone" the skin. Such cosmetics mess up the skin layer and cause these discoloration as time goes on, with people making the common mistake of thinking they are skin infections.

Proper and adequate moisturizing will even solve half his problems... The use of those steroidal tube creams (E.g Skineal and Funbact-A) will only make things worse.

Avoid anything sweat, bath anytime u have one. And look for hydrolice apply all d affected area. Do it like 30-40 mins before bathing 3times a day,, it will go off before one week

A lot of people go crazy over auto-immune conditions especially skin discolorations, wasting money jumping from Pharmacy to other questionable cosmeticians who know nothing about dermatology.

Looking at the spread , shoulders neck and I believe back and the macular hypo pigmentation, this is most probably Tinea Versicolor. It is a common fungal infection especially in warm humid climates and common in young men.
I will advise you to see a dermatologist, preferably where there is a suitable laboratory as the diagnosis is very simple using or ultra violet light and specific total and systemic treatment can be given. I will advise you to ignore 99% of the treatment advices given to you on Nairaland as NL is not a medical forum.
Go and see your Doctor and get a proper diagnosis and prescription. The treatment will be simple and inexpensive but of course like most skin fungus infections it is an easily recurring condition and you have abide by treatment instructions.

@OP Before you start applying anything, you must realize that skin is the largest organ in the human body and some skin problems result from maybe infection or something wrong inside the body, so you need to see a dermatologist.

You can add a drop of Izal or dettol in your water for bathing and try Tetmosol Citronella soap, it has a lot of positive reviews. Lastly maintain good hygiene.
