Just to add to this, just like I said in the original post about whether or nor Nigeria's variant of Covid Vaccine is recognised, it isn't. It was donated to us by COVIXXX Institute of Serum(I think), India. The variants from India and Russia aren't recognised even though they're from their EU branch, which I think is a bit unfair.

Only other variants manufactured from their other locations are recognised. In summary, We'll still have to self isolate. Cheers

Its the other way round: its the EU that doesnt accept the Indian-made AZ, because it wasnt licensed there, not the UK.
In the UK, people were vaccinated with the Indian-made AZ vaccine, so if you got that vaccine, it should be acceptable in the UK; they used it as well.

Some schools I know of that are cheap-Teeside
Hull.
Reasonably priced in the context of cheaper than 17k you mentioned - Hertfordshire, Sheffield Hallam, Chester, Lincoln, Wolverhampton, Bradford has 5k scholarship.

- Greenwich has 3k scholarship, Kent has 2500 but der fees are like high.
Asides from the popular schools there are so many others with scholarships too. Some for Nigerians, some half fees, some for 2:1,

I Remember that my fees for Nottingham Trent came to like 12k or 13k after 2k or 3 scholarship because of 2:1 last year though I didn't go.

NHS has a data base for people vaccinated in the UK, and that can be verified. They also carry the NHS covid pass, which airlines are required to check.So its about being vaccinated in the Uk and not the variant in Nigeria .

PLEASE For those flying to the uk soon, I was informed that if u enter the uk through a connecting flight (i.e not a direct flights) You will be quarantined at a hotel and u will pay for the hotel bills{which is more than a thousand pounds), please verify properly before booking your flight. According to the gov website, yes if you are fully vaccinated (you have collected 2 doses) you do not need to self isolate, the vaccine you would get in most vaccination centers in Nigeria is the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine and as far as I know, that vaccine is also administered in the UK so if you have collected 2 doses, you should be good to go.

As for the covid test, I'd leave it to the experienced people, the knowledge I have is based on what I've read online not experience

There’s a general database & then there’s the nhs. The Uk can only ascertain the nhs one hence why it’s those who receive both doses there that are exempt
