Hi, getting a malware is by your action especially that unsafe window OS.
You either:
1. Used internet explorer;
2. Clicked a malicious link
3. Grant the browser too much Access
4. Tried to download a crypto miner that is unknown
5. A Public or Freind WIFI in a large people environment.
Note you can't get a malware without having connection to the internet except a malicious USB or harddisk was plugged into your system.

STOP USING WINDOWS, I CAN BE YOUR LINUX COACH, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE LINUX OS OF ANY FAMILY AND I WILL TEACH ADAPTATION AND MIGRATION OF YOUR WINDOWS PROGRAMS AND FILE
FOR A TOKEN

WIPE YOUR SYSTEM AND REINSTALL WINDOWS AFTER A BACKUP.
