There is no need applying again with another email address. If you are experiencing a broken image after uploading your passport, the problem is with their server that is responsible for processing the picture. you just have to be patient and keep trying by clicking on the print button and it will later display your profile including your uploaded picture. I had similar experience since a day before yesterday but I can now have my printout including my picture.
