We are exactly 28 days today here


Just an update from our Enugu Project.

*The following are want we did here in just 28 Days...*

No. 1- 6 bedroom Duplex to pour concrete on Decking in 2 Days time fully.

No. 2 - 3 Bedroom BQ - At Parapet/Roofing Level now

No. 3 - 4 and Half Plot - Completely fenced with ground beam and over 70 pillars done.

No. 4 - Generator and Security House - at parapet and roofing level now.

Over 15,000 Blocks of 9 inches used here in this shortest time... That's the capacity and capability of our work force.

Our staircase formwork is ready

We are set for decking tomorrow...

Good morning dear followers. Security and Gen House parapet fully ready for concrete work. Picture below shows the reinforcement detailing initially during its formation.

Expect some updates from us here today.

Decking concrete work update
We started with Beam works and staircase

Watch how good our staircase is coming out.

The BQ parapet is set...

We have completed the decking of the main building. The concrete pouring of the BQ and security house with Gen House parapet

We used a total of 1,350 bags of Cement so far on the project. Decking of the main building alone was 230 Bags of Cement.

For both the fence and the main building, you used a pad foundation for the column and a strip footing for the walls in fdn...

After 5 courses of blocks, you introduced a tie beam to tie the columns together so they can support the next courses of blocks ?

Fence doesn't necessarily need pad foundation basically because it's not load bearing.

The main building here is a combination of pad and strip foundation. The beam was introduced for obviously reasons due to the topography of the land in question
