If he had renounced Nigeria citizenship, then why causing or demanding for biafra that is causing chaos in the South East? He will face the law bro
kingsways:
NK has renounced Nigerian citizenship over and over in the past

You can't go overseas kidnap a foreigner and bring him to Nigeria. That's state sponsored terrorism and international law doesn't all that

What do you expect, the Buhari led government snicked this man in, and you think they will try him justly?
The way they brought him in is the way they will judge him period.

Why not keep your arsenals close to your chest and wait to present your case in the court of law. The day your Messiah jumped bail, was the day he lost every rights that would be accorded to any human being. Too many cases waiting for him to answer. Even if he was kidnapped in the UK, the fact that he is here in his father's land nobody can take him back to UK not even Queen Elizabeth.

Under the new evidence act, evidence gotten through illegal means can now be endured in court as long as the evidence is relevant.

Hence Nnamdi Kanu been back whether illegally or legally doesn't matter as long as he is back.

The Supreme Court said in cases where personal liberty and National Security clashes, National Security takes the lead in cases of National Security, your personal right as a person doesn't matter.

You're wrong bro. Just as the Federal laws supercedes any States Laws, same way the International Laws supercede any National Laws.
Extrajudicial rendition is a serious breach of international laws and no national interest counts in such cases.

Unfortunately, the real world does not work like that.

Just because you announce on radio or TV that you renounce your citizenship does not mean any thing.

Below is the process of renouncing your citizenship (according to section 29 of the constitution) and guess what? He president still has to approve of it else, you remain a Nigerian

The last option is disgusting and will give way for the inhumane practice of child marriage to continue in the Northern States where it's evidently prominent. Is this such a backwater country that no one cares about the constant child abuse wild spread?
not related to the topic, just venting no vex

International law supercedes your sovereignty as a country?

Please stop joking because to be honest a fair nunber of countries don't actually give two effs about international law

So from the accounts of this, Malami did not lie.

And he was arrested by the NIA and sister agencies from Kenya.

As for the claims of extraordinary rendition, the lawyer needs to read the new evidence act and then read the supreme court judgenent of personal rights and national security.
What a mod.

A government can’t abduct a person and puts the person on trial. Such a trial is like trial in a Kangaroo court.

He has renounced Nigeria online.
Secondly, he does not have a valid Nigerian passport to reinforce his Nigerianness.
But he does have a valid UK passport, and i am sure that in his recent correspondence with the UK authorities, since he was abducted, he must have made it clear he is British and seeks their assistance. You don't get any more official than that.

Otherwise prove to us he is still Nigerian, e.g a valid Nigerian passport owned by Kanu

The Ilana Omo Oodua has submitted a petition to the ICC.

What in heaven's sake are the Benue people waiting for?

Let the Benue people submit their own petition of genocide. The Plateau people, the Niger Deltans, the Biafrans. Let's all submit our petitions at the same time and let's see how many fires the federal government can put out at once.
