So from the accounts of this, Malami did not lie.

And he was arrested by the NIA and sister agencies from Kenya.

As for the claims of extraordinary rendition, the lawyer needs to read the new evidence act and then read the supreme court judgenent of personal rights and national security.

He was kidnapped. There were no extradition proceedings. Even Kenyan government denied any involvement. Now, that's a state crime. It will probably be going to an international court. Nigeria should definitely be heavily sanctioned for that.

BTW, I don't support Kanu. I just don't like nonsense

Unfortunately, the real world does not work like that.

Just because you announce on radio or TV that you renounce your citizenship does not mean any thing.

Below is the process of renouncing your citizenship (according to section 29 of the constitution) and guess what? He president still has to approve of it else, you remain a Nigerian

Your kinsman, Sunday Igboho, is having problems with this government. Who knows how you will react if he gets abducted the way Nnamdi Kalu was abducted.

A government can’t abduct a person and puts the person on trial. Such a trial is like trial in a Kangaroo court.
Really?

Terrorists have no such right. Their lives are opened to be terminated at a button, kidnapped and destroyed at a moment's notice.

Being a foreigner is not an immunity from the consequence of your actions.

Define terrorist ? From ur definition , check who fits that category, ur mietii allah or nnamdi kanu.

Its people like you that push him into his present predicaments

On the contrary. I have been a major critique of Kanu for adopting the title LEADER OF IPOB.
I have always insisted he should stick with just being the director of Radio Biafra, as he doesn't have the competence, experience and the skillset needed to be the leader of the movement or the commander in chief. His present avoidable abduction being a case in point.

However the legality of his abduction is questionable, and I will keep insisting on that. Those involved in the criminal abduction must be brought to book

Not here. It is admissible and will be used. The court does not care if you were brought legally or illegally. As long as you are there, case open

Why are you convulsing all over the place over this topic? This is the first time I've seen you so active on a thread... Because it has to do with Nnamdi Kalu?

And to even think you are a mod here. No wonder tribalism is festering so badly on this forum without you mods doing anything to checkmate it.

I say it boldly, NAIRALAND has contributed immensely in causing division among ethnic groups in this country. What nonsense!!!

You mods are clearly biased and tribalistic!!! What a shame!!!

What sense have you made? Or you just want to tell us that you know about the case of Snowden?

Why hasn’t the government that wants to try Edward Snowden abducted him from wherever he is and bring him home for trial? If they do that, they attract global uproar and condemnation. A government can’t abduct an accused in another country and bring the accused home for trial. Develop more sense.

Under the new evidence act, evidence gotten through illegal means can now be endured in court as long as the evidence is relevant.

Hence Nnamdi Kanu been back whether illegally or legally doesn't matter as long as he is back.

The Supreme Court said in cases where personal liberty and National Security clashes, National Security takes the lead in cases of National Security, your personal right as a person doesn't matter.

This is an international court case. Not ur sharia supreme court...

There will be a trial, will it be successful or not is what I don't know.

Trial depends on mighty, and FGN has mighty unlike IPOB/ESN.

In another news, Two weeks is too long for MNK to be missing; the lawyer, IPOB/ESN, the wife, brothers/sister never raise alarm, until FGN reported that Kanu is under arrest.

Yeye dey smell

Ogbenia:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wWnBht8B8Xc

Special Counsel to IPOB (Alloy Ejimako) has made clear that Nigeria has lost jurisdiction to try the IPOB leader because of his extra-ordinary rendition back to Nigeria which he describes as a state crime.

You clearly said new evidence act so how does it relate to Nnamdi Kanu? The new evidence act doesn't apply in this case Oga moderator. Nigeria broke an international law and that's a fact. Stop trying to justify the incompetence and stupidity of this evil government
