There are some parts of Oba that if you see, you'll think it's Abuja.
Just go towards Nkwo Oba (Customary Court) or the estate opposite Eze Okpoko Palace. There are many like that. The video guy showed only new road and besides that place doesn't look like that again. Anybody taking directions from that video will get lost.
