Register from the application e.g Officer Cadre Application where you will enter NIN etc. You will have to use a new email that you have not used on the site before else it won't let you. After successful registration your login details will be sent to the mail. Your email is the username while password will be generated for you as contained in the email.

Please I need help...so after registering with my main email and not getting any response for more than 72 hours ...I decided to use my other email address today...and uptil now I haven't gotten any message in my mail...my question now is...while registering...what's the first thing to do? Is it to go to the registration side first or go to that part where they asked for my other details like NIN and the rest? And also...when I tried using both email I have used to continue my application...I was told they are taken already and I didn't get any mail containing my login details....Biko help o...Last question...while registering the part where I was asked for my password and email...he password I was supposed to write is it the password of my email or a new password I am setting.

Immediately you finish the registration, review your details and sumit ( don't bother about the passport issue, it will pop up later, Why I ask you to sumit now is because the site is clear now , and they will send you an email of your final submission immediately, which some people have not received since last week).

My friend there's nothing you can do ooooo, all those colums that can't be edited, it can never be edited unless you register afresh with new mail.

Wow you are highly intelligent that's how I did mine three days ago when I made mistake in the application

This is what I did. I hope it works for you. 1. Open a new email. Preferably Gmail or if you have one you have not used b4.
2. Click on the Application i.e Officer Cader Application. When filling your name. Don't fill other name. Only fill First and Last name. Other name will be filled when you start your application proper.
3. Now check your mail and login with the details. That should work. Then enter your other name which was skipped at the first step when starting your application. I hope this helps you.
