I am the optimization Engineer here in North Central region. I work with a rigger. Our work is to optimize MTN links. If the Receive signal level (RSL) is high.. More than 38 or 40 DB we will bring it down to 32 or 33 DB.. If the RSL is high.. it will cause outtage. It will make the site go down. I also bring up sites when it down. I mean MTN sites... I work under Huawei.

are you below 30years? have 3+ years of experience, with two or more certificates or masters and can pass IELTS? You can try Canada, it will cost you about 5.5million naira including proof of funds.

If you don't have the following then you can learn and write French exam (TEF or TCF) that is additional 500k...these figures totally depend on how fast you can pass those exams. Good luck

It's permanent residency, after 3 years you become a citizen. Work permit is for 2 years, permanent residency is superior to it.

Good job depends on how you plan, strategize and luck. If you can't find job you can get loans and grants to go back to school to improve yourself

the 5.5million includes visa processing fees, exams fees, degree evaluating fees and proof of funds(c$13200 about 4.3million) I the amount will take care of you expenses ( feeding and housing) for 6months.

You don't need work permit as a permanent resident.

Depends on you qualification and ability to take up any job to Garner Canadian experience.

you can apply, but with the current CRS score it may be difficult to get ITA. That was why I posted the other part which is to learn and pass French.

Well, the only thing I can say is your options will change substantially over time. And I'm not trying to say you should leave.

Also, if you don't yet have a family, going abroad is certainly a lot easier now.
