Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands suffered a surprised flash flood 2 days ago, though there were initial warning of flooding but not to the scale that turned streets into fast running river and submerging houses, they are going to learn from it and fortify areas prone to such disaster. This what Lagos should have done long ago.

About the people who rejoice about the misfortune of others, Lekki axis is known to be for the rich so many people especially the poor rejoice when they hear such happens to the rich. It gives them this satisfaction that the rich has joined in their suffering.

Sadly, it's far from the truth. The rich man whose house was flooded last week might order new house makeover this week and lodge in a good hotel. Then owe his workers with the excuse that the "country is hard"

4. get wood/planks for your furnishing and carpentry works etc

5. get all sizes of woods from me such as 1x12, 2 x12, 2x6, 3x8,1x6 short length and full length etc at low cost and quality woods

First he was the one the that did mine even as at last week the Borelhole stop functioning… I don’t know the cause yet. Base on what he did for me I also recommend him to two other people and he did a good job for them as well.

I am a product of recommendations here and there and i was just playing my part not knowing that this will turn out badly, I have reported him already at ojota police station.. for now that’s much I can do.

And sir, I never knew you were not on ground to monitor what he was doing that time, not matter how someone suppose to be on ground to check him, and when he claimed that his machine has fault, you shouldn’t have allow him to take all his equipment out of site since the job is not completed…. Now like I explained to you on WhatsApp the balance of 50k won’t do that job.

So let me know how much is owing you with transaction receipt so I can render it at the station.

I’ve been in a similar situation and I know boreholes get level and the type of equipment you use varies as per report.
Unless I’m doing borehole in Lekki which any amateur can handle without worries, I cannot recommend anyone for borehole installation again. I stopped taking borehole jobs since 2013.

Even the borehole done for one of my client in Ibadan in 2018 has very low yield and my client is already considering having a new one or sink a well. I was like “What a waste?”

Sorry for all the inconveniences this might have cause you both. This is just one of the many issues we face with subtrades.
