I doubt if fibroids outside the uterus will affect pregnancy.
I've had 2 fibroids since God knows when but they hve remained the same size all thru 2 pregnancies and didn't affect my babies in any way. They don't increase in size n neither do they affect conception or pregnancy, but then a family friend who has same has a different story. She kept bleeding cos of it but thankfully Baby came out fine.

Basically I think it depends on position and size of the fibroids. Again like I always say, work wt ur Dr to know and discuss ur options so U can make the right choice.

Both are cephalic. Athough I have 5-6 weeks left because it's going to be an elective CS. I hope their weight won't end up being so big at the rate they grow

I think 1.5kg and 1.8kg is okay for a twins at 31weeks. Most surgeons would prefer they're above 2.5kg at 36weeks before taking their delivery unless if not emergency.

I think any prenatal vitamin is okay, depending on what works for you. I used a whole pack of Pregnacare before but now just a sachet of pregmum I bought, I'm still battling with it bcs I hate it smell. I'm planning to go back to Pregnacare when I finally finish this pregmum. I take my drug at night, so I don't notice any effect of the drug.
Go for whichever one you can easily buy when you need it.

I should better don't take it again and take nutri milk instead.. Because as I dey so, just ordinary water doesn't go down well with me

Please I want to ask a question on postpartum, being a FTM we noticed that the parts where she had the C-section looks relatively hard when you pull the chunk of flesh and she doesn't feel like the flesh area is part of her body.

She has showed the doctor and she was given a drug. But we seems worried if this is normal for those who had experienced the CS.

Numb? Wow! Same thing she's experiencing she doesn't feel anything in that area at all.

Ha! Bros, it can happen o. E go shock you sey person fit no de see period but belle go come. Cos it's possible that egg was released that period.

It's normal. I didn't feel mine for a while. My scar is not even flat like some people...

How many weeks are you? If you are still early, it's better to err on the side of caution especially if you're still in your first trimester...my opinion.
I started taking lemon water at 30weeks+ and it was because I had cough.

During my first trimester a colleague saw me dropping some fresh lemon in my chilled water and she screamed that I shouldn't try that, that it's harmful to d baby. I asked her what harm does it cause exactly and what component in it causes harm? She no fit answer.
Lemon contains vitamins and minerals, all through my first trimester the only way I could take water was if I added some drops of lemon. Abi make I no drink water ni.
I still went ahead to birth a healthy, fresh, beautiful baby girl.
Just do it in moderation. Dazall.
