Can I pay for visa and IHS fees when the 28days is yet to complete while I do the upload and submission after 28th day.

I need to know how I can go about walk-in. Is it after submission and appointment has been given I can do walk in or if I can't even get appointment at all I should go there. At what point one needs to pay for the service....

Please @justwise or anyone who can should advice me how I can explain the 2 tourist visa refusal to UK (these are the only refusal I have 4 years ago) in my student visa application? Should I use my father's account as POF because of this?
Reasons were mainly that I don't have sufficient fund for the travel and that my salary does not corrolate with the fund I have in my account and that they are not sure I will return.

Get your father to transfer the required funds in your personal account just to be on a safe side since you already had funds related issue. Then don’t forget to declare the refusal in your application. Just my own one cent though and this doesn’t mean you still can’t get visa using your father’s personal account backed up with consent letter and birth certificate.

The type of vaccine is not the issue, the vaccine in Nigeria is Oxford/Astrazena and it is also being administered in the UK, the issue is about people vaccinated through the NHS. NHS has a data base for people vaccinated in the UK, and that can be verified. They also carry the NHS covid pass, which airlines are required to check.So its about being vaccinated in the Uk and not the variant in Nigeria .

I did not include anything.
I only added in the consent letter that arrangement is being made for private accommodation and it is not yet confirmed.
The same is the plan for accommodation in the visa application.

I believe No 2 is incorrect. The answer is NO. You shouldn't submit your visa application before your POF is ready. Your 28 days should be complete before the date of visa application/ submission. That's what's used not biometrics date.

I have work experience as a freelancer working in the I.T field. Does this work experience count?

Now I am thinking of applying with my last baby (5years) as my POF can accommodate 2 of us.
Do you think it will be risky considering that my husband isn't applying with me?
Or should I apply with my husband and later apply for our kids?
I am just trying to utilize the opportunity of applying for 2 people since I have the fund already.

If you haven’t received CAS , Home office system has a problem and that’s what they use to issue CAS numbers . CAS may have been ready from school but it remains the CAS number that must be issued from Home Office, though they said HO is working on it to fix it fast .

Don't get it twisted, that means you're a family of 6. I.e 4 children as stated by you then your husband and you making 6. It means your Dependants are 5 and family of 6.
I will advise you apply for both you and your husband. You can put the kids in the best school and get a good nanny. But not easy too because the feeling of a parent towards the children no be here. If possible look for money include the last one along while you both work in the UK you can plan to take others later.

from your post, is it possible to do TB test with Birth certificate number in the case of unavailability of passport for now? And has anyone successfully done it?

There two rates on OANDA the 'ASK' and 'BID' rate or it's simply explained as the 'SELL' or 'BUY' rate... as of today July 19th 2021 it's =N=565.520 (sell rate ) and =N=567.364 (buy rate) ....so if today is your visa submission date what ever pounds you need to show which is normally inclusive of your living expenses and possibly your balance school fees ...you have to multiply that by the rate to buy pounds...it will give you the minimum amount you need to show in Naira in your bank statement for at least 28days....my opinion though!!

Essex but the CAS problem isn’t peculiar to just one school . Since it’s the Home Office that has an issue , it’s going to affect everyone .
