Our client is a leading technology-based loan facility provider in Lagos. We are seeking dedicated and focused individuals to join the team.

As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for the following;

Locations: Lagos (Berger and Ogba)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performs collections to inform the clients' repayments over the phone and/or via WhatsApp.

2. Interpret contracts if there is a need to resolve a customer dispute.

3. Identify and rectify billing issues

4. Take proactive necessary steps to ensure billing accuracy and revenue recovery.

5. Takes necessary actions for debt repayment.

6. Work with all levels within Finance, Accounting and Billing department to ensure accurate accounting of

accounts receivables and repayments.

7. Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor


Requirements:

* BSc or HND Degree in any discipline

* Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, credit facility management, recovery agent or related jobs

* Tech-savvy and proficient in online customer communication

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package

Salary: N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly Gross
