First the cow climbed on the car as you can clearly see the hoof marks on the bonnet.

Second even if the man hit the cow, why is a herd of cattle roaming through a public road? Can't the owners properly take care of their cows and keep them away from harm? If I get a dog and it harms somebody I will be held liable for it but you want to defend this nonsense because it's Fulani owned cows.
