Refresh your browser on the page of the passport amd upload it with ease..this will solve the problem.

I've been able to upload and I already submitted. But I discovered my passport isn't showing on the print out page. Please is there anything I can do to correct it?

Check the MB of the passport required, and retry

It's not about the MB, even with the required picture size of 20MB to 50MB the server still rejects the upload. I kept trying yesterday till midnight before it miraculously uploaded.

I think u shouldn’t panick since u can’t submit without uploading the passport. I also have the same issue but I want to wait a bit to see if they will make changes to their system. I would have suggest u wait a bit but since u have submitted just print out the copies of the application. I hope u get another email notifying u of the completion of the registration?

Was having problem in uploading, but successful did that today....

I'm having same issue, Since last week till now... I also resized the passport photograph to 25kb still yet it has refused to upload. I will try again in the midnight when there is less traffic on the website. God abeg help me i really need this Job I'm tired of working as a class teacher

same here o, i cant click finish until i am sure my pasport appeared o

I have not even able to complete application, not to talk of uploading passport, any time i click complete application, it will say (Access denied, please Login to continue application) i just tire for this recruitment, i have try using laptop with different browser yet not working

Network/Server issue. You can try now, now fixed.

It's a yearly exercise, I bet majority won't hear anything. Better than not to apply though.

Didn’t u read a trick here where the poster said u should reregister with another email and not input ur other name to initiate the registration but when about to complete the application then u can input ur other name and some other informations. Try it it sud work!!!
