We implored the Lagos State Govt and the Road Construction Companies that the Roads here shold be in Concrete-Model, otherwise the Construction of these roads with Asphalt is a Waste of time, energy and money!
Ishawo Road to Arepo should also be fast-tract
because it has been moving on a Snail-Speed.

drainage is another major factor

I think Sanwo olu has abandoned that road, maybe if their is a large outcry, he will continue the construction

Because I remember reading about that road about a year ago, when the road was in a very critical situation due to rain and erosion.

I don learn one lesson, I no go visit any uncompleted building. .anything fit happen

Most building collapse has nothing to do with materials but mainly negligence in the part of the engineer or supervisor.

I have seen bamboo used to cast decking beams and nothing happened to the house.

Could you say cement used was inferior cos it's the same cement everyone buy in the market.
But you could say the required amount of cement wasn't used. Same goes to other materials like rods.
Still all these falls under poor supervision.
Clients too are problems we do have.

Building laws in this country are not strictly adhere to cos those involved in invoking the law are busy dinning with the clients and lining their pockets with cash
