Slavery and Oppression existed amongst the Blacks way before the white Man came accros. The Black Man should not despise the White for Organising and executing it en Mass with so much coordination and aplomb. |

Seun is a wicked man that uses igbos to get traffic, if this post was about another tribe it would never make your front page, igbos would leave nairaland for you people, time is all that it takes, enjoy your traffic 1 Like 1 Share |

tarantino1: Not Urhobo slaves, but the kingship in Urhobo land pays homage to the King in Benin. In past time, when an Urhobo king dies, the head is cut off and sent to Bini kingdom for keeps. The new selected king has to go to Benin to pick his late fathers skull, if he picks the wrong one, he is killed. This is a tradition that has been upheld for centuries, I really do not know about now though, since politics and government has turned everything sideways. 3 Likes |

jimyjames:This is where your types are getting it wrong. Ikwerre people are saying that Igbo is Ikwerre and not the other way. Don't mind the size or your population. We bear Eze as name. As a title it could be a borrowed one as one rulers bear Nye we Ali or Eli depending the part of Ikwerre you are. See tell your kind the is difference between who speaks Igbo and Igboid language. Someone who speaks Igbo is an Igbo person. Someone who speaks Igboid is not necessary an Igbo person but may have got some relationship with Igbo people. .. 1 Like 1 Share |
