The sudden anti igbo rants by Edwin Clark and Reno Omokri is actually against an igbo presidential candidate in 2023. A lot of igbo follow follow are already being thrilled on Reno omokiri's Instagram page. Igbos please be awake and vigilant, not that I cared about the presidency of an extinct country that has out lived its useful life. I cared more about how some igbos are being used and fooled a second time. Affliction shall not arise a second time. 2 Likes |

Since when did Reno Omokri become an authority in history? Why are these rants coming when Buhari has less than 2 years in power |

Igbo must unite. Be submissive to a leader of their collective choosing only then would great things be achieved 1 Like |

It's very glaring that Reno and Clark are being willingly used to scuttle what a United South can achieve without even themselves knowing it. When we hit back they'll say we're fighting everyone and if we keep silent and watch them, they'll accuse of being shy. It's quite unfortunate the type of neighbours we have but we shall not relent on our quest for freedom. Reno's foolish history about Igbos being slaves to Itsekiris and now ' the slaves that built the Benin moat' is just laughable to real historians. I'm glad detailed history was documented on the activities around southern Nigeria in general. Surprisingly, fellow southerners who seem incapable of going beyond their prejudice for Igbos jumped in to taunt us thinking it helps them in any way. Unknown to them, they still are exhibiting the traits of willing tools of the caliphate. This really brings to question the level of their intelligence. You don't have to insult and attack an ally in the face of a battle else you both stand the risk of losing the war. Jealousy truly is a very difficult character to subdue. You don't have to love an ally either. You should just have to collaborate for mutual benefit. This is something fellow southerners find difficult to grasp. Victory is ours in Igboland and Biafraland in general. 2 Likes |

When kanu was saying his own telling them how igbos are this and that over SS. Igbos defended him and said "kanu always say the hard truth and doesn't care who it affect" Now Reno obviously tired of how igbo often spread their leprosy hand to annex minorities into biafra not knowing those minorities even Tho there are small ain't no igbo mate. Just like kanu, Reno is always dishing out hard truth and doesn't care if you like it or not. 2 Likes |

Reno is two faced! His betrayal after the kidnapping of Nnamdi Kanu will definitely tell you that he's not an honest man. It's a shame he turned out this way! At a point, man will always go through some challenges, the Igbos are going through theirs now, it will pass! We move! 1 Like |

kettykin:Igbos messed up Nigeria when they ruled Nigeria. They singlehandedly brought down regional government we all negotiated for. People who lack rulership in their history can't rule. 2 Likes |

It is only in recent times that Igbo settlement became united. The truth must be told that Igbos lived in isolation before and were only concerned with what happened within their immediate community. Since they do not have a king who rules over a vast area of land, their king influence is usually within the vicinity of their jurisdiction. Those days a different tribe could attack Umuahia without Ngwa responding as far as Ngwa people are not being threatened. They would be more interested in that tribe sending the Umuahia people into exile so that they could occupy there. That was Igbo before the colonial era. So Reno might be right as it was very easy to pick out an isolated Igbo settlement without a neighbouring Igbo settlement reinforcing to assist. Itsekiri slaving the igbos might not be the whole Igbo land but an isolated Igbo community. 2 Likes |

kettykin: Bring it out. Aro confederacy are nothing but slave raiders, they and efik and other minorities traded igbos and sold off. The Rise of Aro Confederacy The slave trading Confederacy was founded shortly after Arochukwu formed. Making alliances with several Igbo and eastern Cross River neighbors, the Aro people began slave trading activities around Igbo and Ibibio lands. Among many of the ethnic groups of eastern Nigeria, anyone who enters a shrine and begs the deity of the shrine for help instantly becomes an osu (sometimes called a "juju slave", a slave of the shrine and a social outcast. The priests of the Ibini Ukpabi oracle (also known as the Long Juju Shrine), popular in midwest and southeast Nigeria, exploited this in order to force travelers and pilgrims into slavery, at least according to European reports. The story goes that agents of the oracle would pose as bandits and chase their victims into the shrine, hoping they would beg the intervention of the god and become osu, so the priests could then sell them off for profit. As this continued, Aro businessmen from Arochukwu migrated across southern Nigeria and also to Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea and founded numerous settlements. There they spread the Aro trading monopoly" |
