The way this government cares more about cattle than the citizens of Nigeria, INEC should go and recheck how many millions of cattle voted for Buhari during the presidential election. Like seriously, I nor understand again oh

Pls come out clean ...what are you weeping for ? Why can't pwople buy land to do business ? Why should the Fed govt use policies instead ?
Kindly educate me ...

Isn't cattle rearing a private business?
Because the way funds are allocated for all these projects you would begin to imagine the link between the business and the federal government..

The Bible say my people perish because of lack of wisdom, what the govts is planning now is the same thing as ruga they only change the name. The govt will used our hard earn money to build settlement camp for foreigners in our own land. I see the work of Usman Dan fodio at work here. Very soon they will invade those states as their fathers did during the colonials erra. Hear dis and hear it now, they want to claim our land, they want to kill none Fulanis and bring their people from their country and other countries to take over Nigeria dat is their plans and if we fold our arms it will come to pass

Once they achieve this grouping of fulani herdsmen in one location, the next thing they would be pushing for is to give them a local government council and emirate and whoalla we now have fulani local government in every state of the country and from there they can now begin concentrate and swell their population by inviting in all other fulanis from mali, niger, Cameroon, chad and all other region hosting this killers....before you say Jack every state would begin to have crises beyond imagination...in fact the current killings by the fulanis would be a childs play compare to what they would now begin to do to their host...!!! Cattle rearing is a private business and so the owner of the business should rent land and ranch his stock instead of this stupid government trying to use our collective wealth to settle the fulanis alone in their business...I have never seen the federal government hiring a shop for any business man or trader before so why the fulanis and who are not even Nigerian in the first place....!!!?

Cattle rearing is big business, no matter the point you find yourself on it's value chain.

All we need is packaging there are millions of jobs to be created.

If we can implement the pilot phase in the 6 states mentioned. The sky won't be the limit.

What stupid millions of jobs? When those who would be in there would be uneducated blood sucking Fulani thereby leading to lack of productivity, lack of employment for the indigenous people of the states, poor payment of tax to the state government, and more terror in the unfortunate state. Did you actually think this senseless killing by the Fulani is because of herding? Nah. It's because that's how they're wired. Most of them are uneducated and blood thirsty!
Re: FG Replaces Controversial RUGA With New Scheme, Begins Camps In Six States by TheRareGem1(f): 10:35am On Jul 24, 2021
RUGA is not NLTP. NLTP is what most developed countries subscribe to because anybody can venture into it, cash out big and has potential to create thousands of jobs directly and indirectly.

Cow herding is completely a private business and should be treated as one; it will never get better as long as we continue to get our priority wrong.

It seems like a good program and not only meant for cows or herdsmen bt all livestock and anybody or state can key into it.

Hopefully it can modernize livestock rearing. Since open grazing in banned in the south. The south still buys their cows in large quantities.

If this is handled well we may be on our way to peaceful coexistence btwn farmers and herders I think.

Now is time to invest in animal husbandry. LIP is not just for fulani. If you know, you know.
Re: FG Replaces Controversial RUGA With New Scheme, Begins Camps In Six States by greenguy: 10:44am On Jul 24, 2021
The day one week passes without discussing cow matters that's when I'll know Buhari is serious with governance. The man is just there like he came to reclaim something.

RUGA and LIP, are they not the same thing?

Why is he so desperate to hand over government land to his brothers?

The owners of these cows are millionaires, why can't they buy land wherever they chose?

To even know land in our forests is less than 50k per plot is what annoys me most. I have friends with vast lands in the forests for farming. Lands they bought with their hard earned money, today most of them have abandoned their farms because of Buhari's herdsmen.

Chai.

From giving 30% oil benefit to the North for exploration to this.

The resources of the south running into several billions of dollars blatantly channelled to the North to build mansions for herdsmen.

Southerners una mumu never do.

The northerners can NEVER allow such to happen in the south if they were the owners of this oil.
