This is how they always play, only issue is player ability.

It’s basically how every top club using a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 plays. Doesn’t require some genius coach to figure that out.

Bruno and McFred play same way. However, Fred can’t venture too far to avoid exposing McTom, and vice versa.

That’s why OGS plays Pogba as a LW. He needs those advanced midfielders but doesn’t want to risk leaving either of McFred exposed because of its effect on the defense.
