You talked about high rise building, how many do you have in Port Harcourt? The PH you talking about is that of 3 decades ago. The garden city they talk about, has all been eaten up by goats. But I know Uyo is a beautiful place and a serene place to live but I think Nigeria city need to start getting beyong this Nigeria standard
