This could be a bit hard, to be honest. I would suggest you do a post-graduate diploma before considering Germany or Europe.

If you have working experience aPGD should do for express entry.

Most schools require a 2.2 if I am not mistaken, one of my friends in school then had an extra year and a 3rd class went to do a professional master's for a year and was able to get into the pool. He is currently in CA, If Germany no work another will, 3rd class should not limit you, it's in the past.
