Depends on location..

Clipper set, 3 sets of rotating chairs, cabinet, mirror, TV, towel Warmer and a nice interior decor that feels manly and/or sporty is all you need.

A million can set up a nice barbing salon as I have done for a client before..

But spa? I doubt it..

What you can include is a manicure and pedicure section

If you need help with planning and purchase of materials, I can help set you up for a fee

buy 3 Kiki rechargeable clippers(this cost BTW 15k to 20k for the 3 clippers). . One of it when fully charged will barb 6-7 customers..
I once ran a Barbing saloon though it later crashed cos I know nothing about Barbing...
Make sure you know the in and out before venturing into it
