I’d like to upload receipt in tuition payment. Application is in Nairobi, how do I do that? Thank you.
Fill the Nairobi webform but it seems they are having technical issues.

Good, I have an admission for 2022 Jan, I applied on May 13th and my eligibility just started today, just exercise some little patience and let’s be hopeful that before Friday yours will start too.

Oh wow thank u so much, I almost thought I was the only one. Are you NSE route? I will keep on touch to know how you proceed.I really do hope my eligibility starts soon.

Are you likely to change to fall if u get it early or u just wait till January?

the wait is taking it's toll on me too. It's not easy. But we will be fine eventually

Seriously speaking. Initially I thought I am strong, but mehn the wait for outcome isn't easy. But then, we have to stay strong with positive mindset.

Stay strong ok. It will surely end in praises and shout of joy.

Vfs forwarded my Passport and decision envelope to IRCC since 22 July. Ever since I haven't heard from them as per passport return. How long does this usually take? I used ABUJA VAC. Pls response needed

I understand it currently takes between 5 - 7 days for Abuja VAC. I submitted mine same day as yours. We should hear from them this week
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by TennieYF: 6:34pm On Jul 27, 2021
Me I even prefer it. When I initially wanted to submit and I put normal bank statement, the number of pages alone, compared to 1 page of MBS ticket, I just changed to MBS. It wasn't even the account where my pof was, just my salary account but still I used it. Because my application was just looking too bulky.

Honestly it's even better in making your application less cumbersome. If possible use it, if not then stick to normal bank statement. My two cents sha.

OCT202020:

You're very correct, except if you're going through NSE route.
At the same time, if your bank offers the service and the account is straight (as in not doctored) then I see no reason why one shouldn't take the advantage of mybankstatement.
Just my thought

My school has an option for CIBC card payment method, so I funded Barter card (Fluterwave) and paid with it. You can download Barter by Flutterwave from App Store.

As I said it's a wild guess. You know how these people think if they don't see the same amount or similar they'll think its a borrowed amount but the fact you already paid your tuition I think you're alright. Not to worry Bros. We just have to keep waiting for their decision. I believe you'll get your PPR soonest.

Yes, I submitted MBS, know Also that I had submitted a good bank statement before it was asked to submit the MBS again. I submitted about 7million without adding any lumpsum and then my school fees receipt was added as adviced... However, I am going for A year program which is 18k and I had already paid 10k.this is so sufficient... But what does this have to do with the eligibility lasting so long?

Hello guys,

Please I need your help! A sister of mine got her medical request on the 21st of July, her effort to book assessment with IOM Lagos or Q-life has been futile so far as they don't have time slot within the 30 days expiry period set on the medical request letter. She has about 23 more days till the request expires.

Is there a way she can get the medical done without going through the online booking system? If there is, please how can she go about it? If not, what can she do to maybe get the due date extended and how?

Thanks in advance for your help.

#VictoryIsFromGodAlone

She should try to make it to IOM Lagos branch very early tomorrow before 7am. I can assure her she would get it done without having to a dime for bribe.

Omo! Where will someone see dollar to buy now with this useless CBN Emefiele’s administration ?

I don’t understand how an administration will just be making life difficult for the common man. I hope this news on dollars is reversed otherwise it may even go up to N1000 to a dollar.

That means we will be needing way more naira for proof of funds. It is well

Congrats to all those that have received their PPRs, we shall all testify.
Canada uses Nigeria official rate which is about 328/$. Not the black market rate.

Please what's IRCC Nairobi email address. Thanks....
Lekiboboe:

Yes the Clinic would send your Upfront medical assessment to IRCC, but you as the applicant must send the E-medical sheet via Webform and mail to IRCC Nairobi

Please guys,

Kindly advise.

I have an admission for a 3-year diploma in software engineering at a College.
My bachelors was in an unrelated course, but I do have 5 years of experience as a software engineer.

Has there been any visa success with people going to a college?

Also I only have personal funds for one year of the program (about 18k cad).

I would greatly appreciate any advise I can get from anyone.

Please those that have booked flights recently, which airline did you use that has fair prices. I’m seeing very high prices, especially for August

I was able to book for August 31st, I wasn’t okay with the date so I emailed them and I got a reply and my appointment was rescheduled for august 4th. I hope this helps and also I’ve been seeing comments that once you get medical request, it’s a done deal, is this true ?

If you are fully vaccinated, book Lufthansa/AirCanada. (Lagos to Frankfurt to Montreal to Toronto).

To reduce the cost further, book through an international flight booking platform, it was about 923 USD a week ago, but you have to pay with USD credit card.

Avoid flights that pass through USA if you don't have US visas.

I was also advised to avoid flights with 2 layovers within Europe (There is one with layover in Frankfurt and Zurich). I don't know why, so you should make further inquiries.

I was sceptical about the Montreal to Frankfurt route too until I made inquiries and was told there shouldn't be a problem if fully vaccinated and exempted to quarantine at Montreal.

I'm not a guru, but u'll definitely need to up your funds. Probably get a co-sponsor. Then yes alot of people have been granted visa to study in colleges. As for the course being different, you'll probably have to channel your SOP to show career progression, how your studying the course would help your current career.
