Do you know how much percentage of batt you had before the phone went off?

The fix is to let the batt drain out, this should take a day or two depending on the batt parcentage it was on before it went off, then charge immediately, if it charges and you have like 4 to 6% batt, try and hold the power button for about 20 seconds. It should come up.

in nigeria,I till called the service center today the same story was given to me. Customer care said m not d only one with similar issues .

there will always be a dissatisfied customer. I'm using the same phone, if not for my cracked screen (still working perfectly though) I've experienced no issue whatsoever since I bought the phone

You are approaching the end of your support cycle get used to it. Even this time last year RN7 could count how many updates they got before Android 10.

As long as the name is Redmi 9T it is a global Version. Cons might be Nigeria warranty not covering it but I personally don't really worry about that since I don't buy gadgets with the fear of it dying on me in the first year.
