I think it's better taking both in Nigeria or taking both when u get to Canada cause being half vaccinated doesn't exempt you from quarantine in Canada. My opinion

i concur with you on the bolded, that's undisputed, the question is;

"CAN ONE TAKE THE FIRST DOSE IN NIGERIA, AND TAKE THE SECOND IN CANADA?"

Asking for someone

Thanks

Booking? I'm not sure they follow this.
But for both doses I took in Lagos, all you simply do is walk into any primary health care center. You will be registered on the spot and take your jab afterwards.

Hello guys,

Please I need your help! A sister of mine got her medical request on the 21st of July, her effort to book assessment with IOM Lagos or Q-life has been futile so far as they don't have time slot within the 30 days expiry period set on the medical request letter. She has about 23 more days till the request expires.

Is there a way she can get the medical done without going through the online booking system? If there is, please how can she go about it? If not, what can she do to maybe get the due date extended and how?

Thanks in advance for your help.

#VictoryIsFromGodAlone

She should get to their office, and speak with them, they would make some arrangement for her.

It will end in praise

Is it okay if I have three sponsors?

My main sponsor has about 10 mil in his acc. Second sponsor is a company manager with a lot more, and the third has about a million.

Should I use only two or is it okay to have the third too?

Firstly, what are there relationship with you....do they have assets??
When I applied my bro statement was about 40000CAD and my dad(second sponsor) bank statement was 500 thousand naira with lots of landed properties worth over 300million
My Dad was included as sponsor base on his properties (hometies to me)

Hope mine ...will give you a hint on what to do.

Good morning. Yes you can. Some people travel with just a single dose and have it completed over there. Just that you won’t be exempted from the quarantine.

Lekiboboe:
Good morning great minds

Can one take a First Dose of Vaccine in his Home Country , and take the 2nd Dose in Nigeria?

Or

compulsorily, both doses must be taken Nigeria

Thanks

Yes that’s the link but I didn’t register, I walked to the center. I stay around Abule Egba and I took my vaccine at the Ifako general hospital, college road. I don’t know other centers around that axis.

Yes I have done the upfront medicals... Now it's almost two Months since eligibility check started and almost 6 months since I applied.

Send them message via email and web form, that way you will be able to engage them, and get to know the status of your application.

I have seen an affordable British airways flight. Thanks. Please I would like to know if I need a UK transit visa to travel using British airways?

You don't need a transit Visa to travel through the UK as long as you have a Canadian Visa.

Omo! Where will someone see dollar to buy now with this useless CBN Emefiele’s administration ?

I don’t understand how an administration will just be making life difficult for the common man. I hope this news on dollars is reversed otherwise it may even go up to N1000 to a dollar.

That means we will be needing way more naira for proof of funds. It is well

Congrats to all those that have received their PPRs, we shall all testify.

Its actually a Very good decision and long overdue. It is shameful that a country has two different exchange rates for FOREX, it shows the government is not in control of the FOREX economy all this while. This thrived because a lot of politicians and their cronies were getting license to open Bureau De Change and they were just getting licenses. Now the banks were using some of them to sell FOREX to public to make money faster at higher levels with less restrictions posed by documentation. However, things got so bad when the volume of money controlled by BDC was so much that it was almost equalling what banks had or exceeded what the banks had. That is why sometime bank say they don't have Forex, or you go to BDC and only see one teller or two at counter and can't get $1000. But go to Mallam on street, you will get any quantity when he arranged his colleagues together at higher rate to you. Where are the mallams getting dollar if not from the CBN and banks. So the BDCs could affect the FOREX economic policy of government.
CBN should go further. To give a one month deadline for all BDC to sell their FOREX to banks and after which date any Forex they bring will be exchanged at discounted value to them in order to mop up all Forex stashed in BDC hands and threaten to revoke their license. That way all the scarce Forex hoarding by BDC will be back in banks hand and it will improve supply for banks to sell to public at govt stated rate.
It lasted all this while from obasanjo days when $1 was sold at N22 by CBN and banks were selling through BDC at N88. A lot of bank MDs became billionaire by this and FCMB chairman founder was sanctioned for one of these reasons then.

This is summer period. I doubt you can see a cheap flight to Canada. The cheaper atm is British airline or Ethiopia airline ( that’s if you have a usa visa)

Please in a bid to travel I know we all are eager to take the vaccine. Please let's be mindful that the ones currently in the country if at all available is expired and lets hold on until the new batch arrives.
Canada will not send you back for not being vaccinated. Have your quarantine plans

My brothers and sisters o, that’s how my date na reach, I na prepare o, dress like person Wey wan travel, all my boys, my slaves, my entourage, we came in 3 cars, landed at the departure side.....

If you see my pride ehn, as I reach the gate, the police people at the door said my boys are too plenty they can’t enter, just 9 people oo, I sha gave them 5k, they let them enter 1 by 1, I took my load to one place, “CUSTOMS AND NDLEA”.... I sha gave them 1k, I pass there, one other place, “Quarantine services” those ones took 2k.. just not to search my bag oo

As I’m leaving Nigeria na... I was still smiling, my boys were hailing me....

As I reach that place they used to stand in queue, one yeye boy that thunder will fire came to meet me, e say “do I have yellow card”
Which dirty yellow card, they have already warned me against these airport thugs, I looked at him disgustingly, I said “which one is yellow card now” e say I no need am, say for back na 100$ but for that front na 6k..

I just look the boy, I sha gave him the 6k, he na ran to one place and brought one small thing like this... e b like booklet!

This is where my problems started!

I stood on the queue, come and see fine fine babes... hahahahahaha, oh my Jesus,
They scan my Covid test results, the immigration woman was like “nice one” I said thank you,
They weight my bag, one was 16kg, one was 27kg, that boy I have 6k for yellow card na came and carried the two bags, told me to wait, he opened it and put some clothes from this one to the other one, he sha did it, e na balance, I dash him 1k, as a loyal boy!

I na got to one place, the man na said he has to send my documents to Canada immigration to get orders whether to let me come or not, reason being that, my resumption date is September 7...

All my boys Don Dey ready to start fight, very local goats, I told them to calm down, after like 15 mins baba came and showed me his phone, the Canada people said “ILL RECCOMMEND NOT TO BOARD PASSENGER”
The man now asked when can I come, the Canada person replied
“FROM AUGUST 10,”
The one that I don’t understand was the Canada people na told him “USE YOUR DESCRESION”

He said he can let me go o, but if I go they will send me back, I said no no, so I’ll need to reschedule my flight,
Turkish airline people said coz I got my tickets from wakanow, I should go there and reschedule, I was offloaded from the flight, then me and my boys went to MM2 (wakanow office) those anyhow people said I’ll pay 600k to get a seat for august 28....

At this point I just weak like cold Eba, I be like bread Wey dem soak inside tea.... I was having headache

I then knew that my first ticket money have burn!

Omo, me and my boys went to one lounge in ikeja to drink and forget our sorrows, August we move again, but for now, I Dey with my beer!
