Then manage but start the process. The company I worked for started us with ecobank account but we eventually moved all accounts to gtb, that was before gtb also became useless. Now I use Wema through Barter.

I received debit alert and when I went to bank to verify they said that they can't do anything that the card was used for purchasing something abroad or something. They said that I pray it gets back, so I cancelled the card. I would have said it was Yahoo boy but I am very careful dealing with the card and the money too small for Yahoo boys

You are right if we were in a normal country we could drag the bank to court but in Nigeria that court cases can last until the person die,we just have to leave it to God

These are the +minor issues that when you add them in proportion with the millions of customers it becomes a major issue.These corporate organizations are cheating Nigerians. But the government doesn't care as long as they meet up with their remittances to CBN vaults.

Goats no dey hear word. How many times will individuals complain to the customer care,when they're are always playing different cards one after the other. It's time wasting. CBN should weigh it's stick on erring Banks like a scape goat. They will readjust.

Pls do you know the limit of their virtual card,that's the limit amount you can pay online especially foreign market site?

I was just complaining about this same Zenith Bank deductions this morning before I found this thread. Even without making any transaction for over a week, they still looked for a way to deduct money from my account. If you try to zero your account by moving all funds away, I bet you, the next time any money enters your account, they must first deduct all the money they would have deducted if you didn't move your money.

They usually tag it as STAMP DUTY CHARGE. Now tell me what an idle account is paying stamp duty for? ...I really don't get what the stamp duty is for in the first place, after all they normally collect transaction charge whenever you make a transaction.

Finally, we have all started paying the Chinese loan small small individually

There's no limit. Buy as much dollars as you need. Just be sure the card is accepted where you want to use it because most Nigerian cards are virtually useless online. I primarily use my card for subscribing deezer, tried using it to buy crypto from a foreign site it failed.

well I haven’t noticed anything like this before during my transactions, I think you should go and make complaints at the customer care stand at the nearest branch closest to you
