They are claiming while Hush was in the middle of a major scam one of his guys Vincent wanted to blow off the lid and cast the whole parole because hush was trying to cheat him on the deal....So hush contacted Abba Kyari who helped him incarcerate Vincent after which the scam was successful.

By implication Abba Kyari helped them successfully carry out the scam by arresting Vincent and preventing him from blowing whistle.

If you don't know that the said money is essential to the case then it means you haven't even read the court document.

The whole FBI case is based on proving that Kyari received money from Hush and that he knew what job Hushpuppi was talking about.

If they can't prove that he received money from him and they can't prove he knew the exact details of the Job, the case against him is dead on arrival.

There's nothing in the document that proves Kyari knew the exact nature of the Job Hush was talking about.

In Nigeria, when you have a case against anybody, you go to a police station and report. A statement is given, and then the police takes it up from there.

In Hushpuppy's case, he called Kyari and Kyari made the arrest. No documentation. No petition. Is this how arrests are made in Nigeria? Especially from a Deputy commissioner of police?
