Lol.. Oh, I don't believe in the rapture doctrine because it does not align at all with any of the teachings of Jesus Christ on what has already happened and what is to come. And this discussion has shown that there is indeed a disconnect between what Jesus Christ said and what you believe.

I understand what is written of in Revelation 20 vs 4 - 6 and 1 Thessalonians 4 vs 14-18, both of which seem to speak of the same events. What I don't understand is why you insist they are separate events , suggesting that the record in Revelation 20 vs 4 - 6 is in error and that 1 Thessalonians 4 vs 14 - 18, speaks instead of a different coming of Jesus Christ, than the one spoken of in Revelations.

If I told you that following what Jesus Christ said in Matthew 24, the "tribulation" you are afraid of has already taken place, and those who were beheaded are already in their graves waiting for Jesus Christ
to return, what would you think?

If I told you, that according to Jesus Christ, the first to be resurrected, who will reign for 1000 years, are those of the lost sheep of israel(no gentiles) God's priests in Jesus Christ, what would you think then?

You are better off living your life focused on obeying God's commandments and statutes as the 5 wise brides did, than waiting on your rapture... I am afraid what Jesus Christ spoke of in Matthew 25 vs 1 - 13, is not coming even in our own lifetime.

Not according to Jesus Christ, nothing like that sounding anytime in our lifetime. In fact, Matthew 25 vs 1 - 13, instead suggests that all 10 brides, not some, fell asleep (died) while waiting for the bridegroom.

Here's something else to ponder. Also according to the parable told us in Matthew 25 vs 1 - 13, not all of the brides(not unbelievers) will enter into the wedding banquet with the bridegroom. As many of them, though raised from the dead or sleep when the bridegroom returns, will be refused entry into the hall with the bridegroom and this rejection is supposedly for eternity too.

How then would the world be convicted of sin seeing that the Holy Spirit has left the world with the saints(I suppose).
Jesus said that the Holy Spirit does the work of conviction.

John 16:8 “And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment.”

the holy spirit will not be removed but rather his restraining power on evil and lawlessness will be withdrawn.
