max current in battery charging doesnt occur at maximum charging voltage which usually happens towards the end of bulk charging phase...

max charging current phase occurs at about the beginning to middle of bulk charging

Yes, it (the Famicare Charger) isn't outputting max current towards the max voltage, but it also isn't outputting low charging current which should have been the case for a battery almost at full capacity.

Schneider products are easily cloned since its a top brand,

I haven't seen the clone of chint at least so far,

Na wa oh. I'm getting scared now. My installer used an AC breaker between the panels and charge controller and it trips off once the sun is very bright. I noticed this when the charge controller is charging at current beyond 25-30A.

Many of them are mostly familiar with AC breakers... So they buy more of it

If it trips off then it's doing it's job unless you are saying it's tripping off at the current it's not rated for

BRING IT OUT IN STRONG SUNLIGHT, get a digital multimeter..put it in current reading mode, and read the output current from the panel...compare it to its rated output currrent...and decide if its ok or not, an avg 250 watts panels is rated for about 8amps, if you get less than 3amps for instance on a sunny day...then the panel is damaged from that burn hole it has

You need to increase the rating of the breaker. It should not be tripping off during normal operations.
